Microsoft are ushering in a new era of what it means to be social. More importantly they are building technology platforms to enable you to understand what people are saying about your suppliers. In real time. This can now give you great insight into your end to end supply chain to ensure that every aspect of your customer touch point is met as it should be. This can be useful to sense check that sales & marketing messages of the supplier is reflected in their social presence and how they are actually perceived. 

This approach can also be used for pre-qualification during the due diligence phase whilst you are researching who your new suppliers could be, especially if you are entering a new market. This Microsoft technology can also show you if you should be considering a new market if your brand or product is being talked about online in countries where you do not have a presence. 

Their technology can also be used to monitor the competition.

This data is in real time, powered by their AI and Machine Learning in Azure and seamlessly integrated back into the Microsoft ecosystem.

All of this is powered out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the chances are you already have access, you just don’t know it. Yet.
