Since Adam Gray and Tim Hughes started Digital Leadership Associates www.social-experts.net 18 months ago, they have been careful to understand the market, be very clear about the value proposition and build an impressive list of corporate clients reference sites.
Adam and Tim are on a journey to change the world with a unique proposition that (currently) there are no other similar companies. The last 18 months have been hard work, signing clients, building reference sites and connecting a worldwide list of resellers.
DLA is growing and we are looking for an experienced and hungry new sales person to join us in helping our clients change and modernise their sales and marketing teams in this world of ‘social’.
If you want to change the world of sales then we want to hear from you!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a young start-up company. DLA is ‘The Social First’ consultancy and we are passionate about changing the way sales teams and businesses succeed by enabling and imbedding social selling methods and behaviours within the culture of an organisation.
You will have the opportunity to work with our directors who are leaders in this field. They will help you to grow and develop your own personal brand and sales skills to be world class. DLA’s service offerings are proven and ready for you to take to new clients.
You need to have a proven track record of new business selling and demonstrate you have an appreciation and passion for social with an existing personal brand and a desire to be ‘famous’.
You should have experience of selling consulting services to medium to large businesses and of course, like with any start-up, be adaptable and agile. You should have a track record in social selling and content marketing, or have an ambition to have.
DLA and it’s services are pioneering, collaboration and shared learnings are key inputs into our development and our next hire will be able to join us on this next phase of the journey.
If you like what you’ve read and want to talk to us in confidence please get in touch.
Make sure you do it socially, right!
